Liberty Financial Pathways ("Liberty Financial Pathways," "we," "us") is a brand owned and operated by One South Media LLC. We run a free referral service that helps people with credit card debt see whether a debt settlement review may fit their situation and, if so, connects them by phone with an independent debt relief provider. We are not a lender, creditor, credit counselor, law firm or debt relief provider. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or call a number shown here, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Your answers on this site. The eligibility questions (approximate debt amount, debt type, monthly budget and state) are processed in your browser to show your result. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email on this site.
- Call information. When you call a number shown here, the call is routed through a call tracking provider. We and our partners may collect the phone number you call from, the date, time and length of the call, and how it was routed. Calls may be recorded by us or the provider for quality and verification where permitted by law.
- Information you share on the call. What you tell the debt relief provider on the call is collected and used by that provider under its own privacy policy.
- Automatically collected information. We and our advertising and analytics partners may collect your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL and advertising identifiers (such as a click ID) through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
