What we do

Liberty Financial Pathways is a free marketing and referral service. The Site asks a few questions to show whether a debt settlement review may fit your situation and provides a phone number to reach an independent debt relief provider. We do not provide debt settlement, debt management, credit counseling, loans, or financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not affiliated with any government agency.

No guarantee

Your result on the Site is informational only. It is not an offer, an approval or a promise that you will qualify for any program. Debt relief providers make their own decisions about eligibility, pricing and terms. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Important information about debt settlement

• Debt settlement is not suitable for everyone and is not available in all states. Not all debts are eligible.
• Settlement programs often require you to stop paying creditors while you save funds, which can lead to late fees, collection activity, lawsuits and damage to your credit.
• Creditors are not required to accept settlement offers.
